TracktomyComputer

Solution:TodownloadthelatestversionofourPastTracksoftware,copyandpastethislinkintoyour

browser:

www.landairsea.com/downloads/pt_inst_9_0_1_0.exe

• Choose‘Run”tostartdownloadingthefile.Pleasebeawarethatthefileforthefullversion9.0

isverylarge,somakesureyoudoitwhenyouhavesometime.Dependingonthespeedofyour

internetconnection,itwilltakeatleastahalfhourto45minutestodownload.

• Afterthefilehascompletelydownloaded,thesetupprogramwillstart.Beawarethatthesetup

programsometimestakesupto5minutestostartafterthedownloadhascompleted.



Problem:Downloadcompletesveryquicklyandamessagedisplaysthatsays“FailedtoCreateFile”.

Solution:Thereisnotenoughrecordeddata.Ifthereareonly1or2datapointsrecorded,Past‐Track

softwarecannotdownloadthedata.TakethedeviceforatestdriveandmakesurethattheGPSlightis

flashing.Driveforatleastafewminutesandtrytodownloadagain.



Solution:YoucannowupdateyourPast‐Trackprogrambyusingthislinkinyourbrowser:
